Marianne has been with Zen Engineering since its inception in 2001. As the Senior Executive Officer, Marianne oversees all business operations as well as the overall planning, coordination and implementation of the strategies associated with the expansion and viability of the company as a whole. 

Marianne also holds the position of Office Manager and oversees all aspects of company administration. This includes, book sales, promotion and marketing activities, finance and the administrative support for all Zen's training classes; ensuring that any materials arrive, class scheduling is verified, and any necessary coordination between the client and Zen Instructor is done to guarantee a successful class. Marianne also acts as the central communication hub of the organization.  If anyone is unsure of who to talk to or you are unable to reach a particular person, Marianne is the person to contact.
